About PetzTracker

PetzTracker started the way many things do: with a problem at home.

My wife breeds cats, and I watched her trying to keep track of kittens, litters, vet visits, weights, notes, and paperwork. It quickly turned into chaos.

There were papers everywhere.
The pen was always missing.
A kitten would chew the notes while she was writing new ones.
And Google Sheets works fine on a computer, but it’s not exactly friendly when you’re standing in a room full of kittens trying to update something on your phone.

After hearing about this problem roughly 400 times, I decided to build a very simple online system so she could track her kittens and records in one place.

The first version was extremely basic. It wasn’t pretty. It definitely wasn’t fancy. But it worked.

Soon some of her breeder friends started using it too, because even a rough tool was better than juggling papers, notebooks, and spreadsheets.

Later, when I had more time, I decided to rebuild the whole thing properly. PetzTracker was redesigned from the ground up with better features, a cleaner interface, and tools that actually make life easier for breeders and pet owners.

So while PetzTracker may look like a polished platform today, it really started as a husband trying to solve a problem at home and get a little peace and quiet.
